Capture Cards for Streaming

RAZER Ripsaw Capture Card

RAZER the gamers choice of super cool glowing green (now RGB) products!  The Razer External Capture card uses a USB 3.0 connection to produce a professional stream / video.

The capture card looks sleek and  is extremely easy to use, and lets not forget portable!

With HDMI IN and HDMI OUT, this capture card acts as a passthrough external card which supports up to 1080p 60fps resolution.

The Razer capture card is supported by most major streaming softwares, including OBS and XSplit straight out of the box.  It is worth noting that like all USB 3.0 capture card devices - you do need a compatible USB 3.0 chipset for full 1080p 60fps support.

The major advantage over USB 3.0 external cards (compared to USB 2.0) is the near instant reproduction of your game (low latency).  Back when USB 2.0 caprture cards were released (HDPVR / HDPVR 2) there was a noticable delay of up to 5-10 seconds, making streaming and recording extremely difficult.  This is not the case with the Razer Ripsaw!

One of the major advantages of the Razer external capture device is the ability to plug a microphone  and audio directly into the device so you could have music playing on your videos/streams, or even have your microphone directly plugged in!

As with all the HDMI out consoles, this device supports XBOX's, XBOX ONE's, PS4, Wii U, Nintendo Switch's.
